ITEM DESCRIPTION

The main parts of Doruklift are:

TRAILER: which can be towed by a vehicle is composed of an axle with suspension, wheels and 90-degree outriggers. All 5 outriggers should be placed safely and in balance in specified measurements.

PLATFORM: is the cage construction that carries the work force and weights and where work is carried out. A mechanical safety break exists to eliminate fall in the case of a problem that may occur with the electrical motor and the break system. This feature gives Doruklift a distinct superiority.

MAST: is a 1.5-meter cage modular with high endurance weighing 48 kilograms which has Cramer sprockets on it. Masts are anchored to concrete columns with pegs 6 to 8 meters between them. Bearing-Pulleys mounted on the platform refrains the platform from shaking by leaning on the masts. Safety systems exist on the masts that prevent hitting the body on the bottom and derail from the mast on the top.

ELECTRİCAL SYSTEM AND MOTOR REDUCER GROUP: power supply is 3 x 400 voltS (50 hz) , control circuit is 24 volts. The platform is raised and lowered by command buttons attached to the panel by flexible cables. The motor reducer group has a magnetic brake system which constantly breaks when the platform does not move.

MECHANIC SAFETY BRAKE: It is the break system that prevents the platform from falling for reasons of a gear or a shaft break.. When the speed of the platform exceeds 0.4 meters per second the locking system that works with the centrifugal force, locks.
